Do you have any questions? Do you want to know a little more about the rental process, our company or the models we offer? In order for you to get answers quickly, we have put together a list of popular questions that you can ask more if you want.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO RESERVE OR CANCEL A VEHICLE?

The earlier you book, the better the availability of the fleet. The reservation fee is half of the rental amount.

Rentals must be canceled in time.

4 days before the start of the rental, cancellation is free of charge.

If you cancel later, you will be charged 50% of the equipment rental.

WHAT ARE YOUR VEHICLE PICKUP TIMES?

Vehicles can be picked up as agreed near the rental time. The rental price is affected by the length of the rental period, ask separately about collection using the electronic form if you always want to pick up or return at a different time than in the rental agreement.

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IF THE VEHICLE BREAKS?

Immediately contact the landlord with a message with pictures. The renter may not repair or renew any equipment without permission.  We require a technical report together with professionals. If measures are taken independently, the costs are to be paid by the lessee.
The lessor is obliged to pick up the cars back to the place of departure free of charge if the cars break down for reasons beyond the control of the customer within the borders of Finland. In such a case, the money will be returned to the tenant. The tenant must prepare to come back to the place of departure at his own expense.

WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE?
 

There is a deductible of 1,000 euros for each rental.

Every rental is checked upon return.

The vehicles have a full stack, as well as collision protection against animals, fire, and theft.

The fleet is rented without a driver.

If the snowmobile breaks down, immediately contact the landlord with a message with pictures. The renter may not repair or renew any equipment without permission. We require a technical report together with professionals. If measures are taken independently, the costs are to be paid by the lessee. The lessee and the lessor separately agree whether the sled is roadworthy at the end of the trip. If the sled breaks down so that you can't drive, we can negotiate a refund of the rental fee. Basically, the renter is obliged to bring the broken sled back to the starting point as well.​

How to make and pay for a reservation

Secure payment of the rental can be made with an invoice when booking, or an Izettle payment card using the link or via Klarna electronically. ​ The reservation is only valid when the payment has been made. ​Risk-free, if you cancel in time you will get the money back.
