🚗 1. Why is the deductible €1500?

All cars are fully insured (comprehensive coverage). In case of damage, the basic deductible is €1500.
➡️ Optional: reduce to €750 with €25/day.

❄️ 2. Why is engine preheating mentioned?

Finnish winters are harsh. If the engine is not preheated at –10 °C or colder, it may cause damage.
➡️ Renter is responsible for proper use of Webasto or block heater.

⛽ 3. What if I refuel with the wrong fuel?

The renter is fully responsible for repair costs. Wrong fuel can cause serious damage.

🛑 4. Can I drive anywhere?

No – only on normal roads.
🚫 Ski tracks, 🚫 forest paths, 🚫 unofficial ice routes are prohibited.

🔧 5. Who pays if the car breaks down?
  • Normal technical fault → rental company pays.

  • Misuse (wrong fuel, cold start, overloading) → renter pays.

⏰ 6. What if my trip is delayed?

We don’t cover flights, hotels or taxis.
➡️ If breakdown is technical fault, you may receive a refund or price reduction.

📅 8. Can I cancel and get a refund?

✔️ 7 days → 100%
✔️ 3–7 days → 90%
✔️ 2–3 days → 80%
✔️ 0–1 day → 70%

❌ Pets not allowed

⛽ 10. Do I return the car with a full tank?

Yes, always.
➡️ Otherwise €30 fee + fuel cost.
